From the solo show “Air Aquarium at the Grupo Li gallery, Caracas.
Red fish, strange looking fish, erotic fish. A furtive, fragile and agile species that appear in this work as if they were in aquariums, spaces of silence and movement filled with the objects that surround us in our homes, in our habitat. That air aquarium where we breathe, live and love. A dance full of colors. Her brush takes the freedom to reproduce places that moved her, places that impacted her. Historic garden chairs caressed by the sun, parks ponds where children playing and close to which adults observe or think, curious but prudent sparrows... A thousand things are mixed in a harmony full of life, as if the objects were dancing to the sound of a music composed they had composed.
